Food Writing with a Conscience
This is a great post about the apolitical and sanitized writing that so often makes The Times and other media seem so out of touch with their constituencies. Which is obvs something I love to complain about! (And also why my heart never really breaks when I hear about all the $$$ problems the old dead-tree publishers are having.)
